Prep for day 1

So tomorrow we start our food challenge so we took our list and headed for the store!

This is what we picked up!  One full pak!

Here is a look at what we plan on eating.

The Menu

Breakfast:  Beans and diced potatoes

Lunch:  Rice and vegetables

Dinner:  Pasta

So we set the beans to soak tonight and tomorrow morning I will wake up and finish cooking them!
I'll be sure to share photos of everything we make.  I will also share what we are doing with our bag of nuts that we haven't done before, lots of exciting things happening tomorrow.  :)
